Fenwick Williams gave this design to master builder and friend, Maynard Lowery, just before going into a nursing home. He stated that it reminded him of his youth in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Shenaniganz is the smallest catboat that Williams ever designed. She is sturdy, weatherly, and stable shoal-draft center boarder. Most importantly, she is very fun to sail with a group.
