Renee Austin

Renee Austin is from Maretta, Ohio. She attended THE Ohio State University to study film production before moving to the Florida Keys. There she fell in love with all things boats. Renee had the pleasure of working in the shop last year and is thrilled to be returning to work on the waterfront as a newly minted captain. When not at WoodenBoat, she continues to spend her winters in Key West working on Appledore Schooners during the day and as a Stage Manager at night.
