The Workshop

Originally built as a barn designed to board horses and other livestock in 1916, the workshop is now the heart of the School’s boatbuilding and woodworking courses. The structure is notable, having been built of poured, structural concrete framing, brick siding and a slate roof. Ironically, the structure contains almost no wood.
