Craig Collins

Craig is a 1983 graduate of Johnson and Wales and has been professionally cooking for over 40 years, 12 of which were as a private chef. Currently an AirBnB owner in Brooksville, in addition to managing the kitchen at WoodenBoat. Craig joined the team when the kitchen needed help while he was taking a Navigation Course here at WBS. While he started as the night cook, he quickly rose to take the position of Kitchen Manager in 2024.
