A safe, double-paddle canoe for all ages, the 26 lb Sassafras is a fun, satisfying project for a family to build. Using marine plywood and epoxy, mahogany trim, and fiberglass cloth on the bottom all result in a good-looking, sturdy canoe guaranteed to turn heads and bring years and years of pleasure. Choose between a 12′ and 16′ design.
