A wonderfully versatile little boat for rowers of all ages, Bill Thomas's pram is a perfect first-time boatbuilding project for any family to take on. At 7′10″ in length, the construction will be a hybrid of stich-and-glue and more kid-friendly traditional methods. The building process has been carefully choreographed so that families can enjoy a fun week with all ages participating in the building of the boat. The end result will be a pretty, practical rowboat suitable for younger first-time boaters or old salts.

2012 Family Week Courses

FAMILY WEEK courses are designed for families with school-aged children between 9 and 15. Adults and children must participate in the same course.

NOTE: Room & Board is half price for children this week.

I want to tell you what a wonderful experience that both my grandson and I had during Family Week. The entire affair was run professionally and it encouraged David and I to work as hard as we could under the great leadership of our instructor Bill Thomas.
